Our Deputy Manager & SENDCo

Crystal brings a wealth of experience to Emmy’s Day Nursery, having worked as a Deputy for many years.

Her passion for early years education shines through in everything she does, from leading our team with warmth and professionalism to ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured, and supported.

As our dedicated SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator), Crystal is deeply committed to inclusion and goes above and beyond to make sure each child can thrive, no matter their individual needs. Families often say how approachable, caring, and reassuring she is, and staff admire her calm guidance and expertise.

We’re so lucky to have Crystal as part of our leadership team – she helps make our nursery a truly special place to grow.
