Our Founder and Nursery Lead

Hi, I’m Emma — the founder of Emmy’s Day Nursery and a mum to a little boy who arrived far earlier than expected, at just 24 weeks. That experience shaped everything I do. I know how overwhelming parenthood can feel, and I’ve made it my mission to create a space where children — and parents — feel truly supported.

With over 15 years’ experience working with babies, young children, and families, my background includes newborn care, sleep support, counselling, and working with children with additional needs. But more than anything, I believe in creating a calm, nurturing environment where every child is given the time and care they need to flourish.
