New Starter Forms
This is one of our favourite forms! It helps your child’s key person get to know them – their likes and dislikes, routines, comfort items, and what makes them feel happy and secure. Please begin filling it in at home and we’ll complete it together during your child’s first settling-in visit.
We want every child to enjoy mealtimes safely and inclusively. This form lets you share any food allergies, intolerances, or cultural and religious dietary requirements your child has, so we can make sure their needs are fully respected.
